Role in the project
The role of Thermo Fisher Scientific Brno on the project is to provide SEM/FIB-based solution for semiconductor structure and defect analysis and related expertise.
Key contribution
Thermo Fisher Scientific Brno is leading Task 2.4.3 in WP 2, where we will, in collaboration with partners, develop and validate new SEM/FIB based techniques to improve the analysis of crystalline defects in GaN/AlGaN on Si or SiC substrates.
Thermo Fisher Scientific is also contributing to Task 2.4.2, where we will support the exploration of analytical and intrinsic aspects of dislocations.
