Role in the project
NaMLab explores in WP1 the integration of ferroelectric materials in the gate architecture of GaN HEMT devices aiming for large modulation of the device threshold voltage.
Key contribution
NaMLab will perform material development of ferroelectric materials on GaN, develops integration concepts and fabricates test structure devices with those materials integrated into the gate topology. Processed devices will be in detail, electrically characterized to investigate and improve the novel device properties.
