The webinar hosted two participants who cooperate very closely in the ALL2GaN project specifically in WP1, Michael Salter from RISE and Anders Lundskog from SweGaN.
Anders started the webinar with an introduction on the QUANFine, the SweGaN patented solution, confronted with the conventional GaN HEMT solution as well as Power QUANFine tasks in the project, epitaxy following with an overview on Mg-doping profile tuning.
Michael continued by presenting the latest results of the RISE GaN HEMT device development in the ALL2GaN project for WP1 including 1) E-mode/D-mode devices with the SweGaN QuanFINE GaN/SiC epi substrate and 2) vertical nanowire HEMT devices.
Finally, key results on the collaboration between RISE and SWEGaN with devices processing on QUANFine substrate were presented.
